General Sales Terms
All Sales are Final, return will be accepted only in extraordinary circumstances and within 10 days from the date of original purchase. Approval has to be provided by Pueblo Folk Art before any return is made. Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs for returned items unless we agree in advance to cover such costs. Prices All prices are FOB San Antonio, Texas, they do not include handling and shipping. While we try to maintain our published prices, they are subject to change without notice. Payment Methods We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Money Orders and Cashier or Certified Checks. Layaway We accept Layaway for purchases of $100 and over. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required. For purchases of $100-$200 Layaway has to be canceled and full payment be made no more than 30 days from the date of purchase. For purchases of $200 and above Layaway has to be canceled and full payment be made no more than 60 days from the date of purchase. For Layaways not canceled within the periods mentioned before, merchandise will be returned to stock and initial deposit will not be refunded. Gift Certificates Gift Certificates are redeemable for in store merchandise only and may be applied toward purchases of same or higher value, difference of purchases for less than the Certificate amount will be provided as a new Certificate toward future purchases. Certificates with expiration date will be valid until close of business day on the expiration date, in the event that the expiration date falls on a holiday or if the store is closed such day, the certificate will be valid until the close of the following business day. Gift Certificates are not accepted as payment for Layaway orders or wholesale orders. Gift Certificates amounts must be paid in cash by credit card (see Payment Methods). Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances. We are not responsible for stolen or lost Gift Certificates. Product Availability We try our best to keep the content in our website up to date. When processing your order we will notify you on actual product availability and delivery timeframes. Product Irregularities The majority of the products we carry are hand made, and one of a kind, slight irregularities and imperfections are to be expected. Privacy Pueblo Folk Art is committed to ensure the privacy of our customers. We do not disclose, distribute or provide customer's information to any other entities. Any information we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order. We will not share or sell any of your information to others.
